    Revenge of the Dragon

This is an alteration on my first team with help from DeanoDance. I was just testing it on ShoddyBattle and had accumulated several losses (probably due to the fact I'm not too good), so I didn't think much of it and I didn't change the team. This was a battle against Darkflow- and me, I mean I very inexperienced, so I'll just post the log.

    Rules:

Ladder Match, Sleep Clause, Freeze Clause, OHKO Clause, Evasion Clause, Species Clause, Strict Damage Clause

    The Line-up:

    Just incase
Darkflow- 2 Left, Ambient 2 Left
    ---
Darkflow- switched in Salamence (lvl 100 Salamence ?).
    Salamence's intimidate cut Salamence's attack!
    Pointed stones dug into Salamence.
Salamence lost 25% of its health.
    Salamence used Draco Meteor.
    It's super effective!
Salamence lost 50% of its health.
    Darkflow-'s Salamence fainted.
Salamence's special attack was harshly lowered.
Salamence lost 10% of its health.
    ---
    Eat dust!
Darkflow- 1 Left, Ambient 2 Left
    ---
Darkflow- switched in Tangrowth (lvl 100 Tangrowth ?).
    Pointed stones dug into Tangrowth.
Tangrowth lost 12% of its health.
    Salamence used Fire Blast.
    It's super effective!
Tangrowth lost 49% of its health.
    Darkflow-'s Tangrowth fainted.
    Ambient wins!
    Darkflow- has left the room.
    ---
And finally, I got to Fire Blast that Tangrowth, final score:
Darkflow- 0 Left, Ambient 2 Left
    2-0

Some bad prediction by me, but I'm happy overall with my first win on Shoddy, comments?

And can you see why it's called Revenge of the Dragon?

Pretty good match, but a little advice for posting the log.

    1) Edit out Leech seed, lefties, any HP gaining words
    2) Make it a little more interesting with colors, pictures, etc...

As for the battle, this just shows everyone how overpredicting is dangerous. Still, you did very good, and the ending with Mence was awesome.

Very nice battle. I was hoping you could edit out the excess information, such as Leftovers recovery. Also, I fail to understand why you kept Gliscor out in Leech Seed when Ice Fang barely does anything to Tangrowth.

You really need to work on your predicting skills, not to mention learn when to switch (if Starmie is taking 50% per turn from something faster than it, and your only chance of survival is to Recover off the damage each turn (especially when you can't Recover it ALL off), you don't have a chance to 'kill that thing'). And the Gliscor/ Tangrowth thing as well- what the heck? You shouldn't expect a physical wall to much to another physical wall, especially with an unSTABed 65 BP attack, even if it is SE. Even then, you should have gotten the hint when it did 17%. Also, did you really need to Roost so many times? Every time you Roosted, you were hit SE by Power Whip, compounded by Leech Seed. You should have gotten out much sooner. Learn to adjust to an enemy, and readjust your strategy when necessary.

Outside of that and a few other mispredictions, it was an alright battle. You should be able to get better if you practice enough.

Thanks for the advice, I kind of realised that I should've switched Starmie or something and I thought Ice Fang would do more, I probably should've switched and maybe I might have won sooner.
