Style Feedback: Revolutionary Mix-Up

That's because PokéRevolution isn't compatible with any styles post-3.6. There's an option in the User CP called Profile Mode, it's fifth from the bottom of the page. Set it to classic and that style will work without a problem, but you'll lose sight on profiles of visitor message, albums, friends, emblems, and recent visitor listings as well as profile customizations. If you would like to use that style and are willing to make that effort, I suggest setting the profile mode to classic, since I don't think those styles would be updated. You'll still receive visitor messages, though, so I'd suggest turning off visitor messages as well. It's only on your end that things change, and it's purely aesthetic-based. Set it right back to standard and everything will be where you left it.

The same applies to PokéRevolution 2.0, seeing as how PokéRevolution is it's parent style.
