Chapter 1 – The start of an adventure
Once, in a faraway region called Rento, a boy called Ethan started his journey to become a pokemon trainer. He ran through the doors straight to the Professors house. On his way there, he saw a Riolu, lying on the floor.
"Hey, little guy, what's wrong?" he asked. Riolu shook his head and threw an aura sphere at Ethan's arm. Ethan knew that he was just scared, so he explained that not all humans are evil. Riolu smiled at Ethan. There was some sort of connection between the two.
Ethan knew Riolu was the pokemon for him. He ran to the professors house to show him the Riolu on his shoulder.
"Hey, professor, can this be my starter?" he asked. Professor Oak shook his head, in thought.
"Hmm. Okay, but you'll need to capture him," the professor replied. Ethan took the pokeball that Oak gave to him and tapped Riolu's head with it. Riolu was captured, but he jumped out of the pokeball and jumped onto Ethan's shoulder.
"He likes you. Here's a pokedex, it records the data of all the pokemon you meet, now, go to Bluelake city, to see Lyra, so you can see how much Riolu's grown.
Ethan ran off, Riolu on his shoulder, to Bluelake city.
When he got to the path to Bluelake city, he saw a girl, training her pokemon.
"Hey, who are you?" asked Ethan,
"Dawn, why'd you ask?" she replied.
"I dunno, want a battle?" he asked, he wanted to train his Riolu.
"....Sure!" she said. She smiled as she sent out her starter pokemon.
"Go, Piplup!" said Dawn, throwing her pokeball.
"Riolu, up for battle!" said Ethan, Riolu jumped off his shoulder.
"Riolu, Aura sphere!" commanded Ethan. Riolu listend to his trainers command, and a blue ball of aura flew at the Piplup.
"Pip...luup." said Piplup, obviously hurt badly.
"Piplup, Bubblebeam!" Piplup released bubbles out of his mouth and they nearly hit Riolu, but Riolu evaded.
Riolu gave one last Aura Sphere, to defeat Piplup, and win the battle.
"your strong! See you again!" she said.
"registering you in my pokegear!" she said, as she recorded Ethan into her pokegear.
