Helloooooooooo, Pokecommunity! This is my second team, and the first one to be rated here. My first team was decent, but it underperformed once I started going up against better players, and some Pokemon were clearly better than others.I aim to correct this, every one of these is a high tier megamon, and each plays a different but equal role. So without further ado:

    [PokeCommunity.com] Riot Shields(OU RMT)
    Aerodactyl @Focus Sash
    Pressure
    *Jolly*
    4 HP/252 spd./252 atk.
    Stealth Rock
    Taunt
    Stone Edge
    Earthquake
Purpose: It's suicide lead Aerodactyl. Seriously, is there anything else to say? It lays down teh rocks, and then it dies. I don't really like the idea of a suicide lead, but that's the shape of the metagame. Rocks are vital, and you're crippled without them. If the metagame ever shifts away from these types of leads, then I'll happily embrace it, but for now I'm just going to use him as is.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Riot Shields(OU RMT)
    Starmie @Light Clay
    Natural Cure
    *Jolly*
    4 de./252 HP/ 252 spd.
    Reflect
    Light Screen
    Recover
    Rapid spin/Surf?
Purpose: The dual screens that Starmie lays down are the "riot shields", and are what makes this team tick. Using these as protection my sweepers can cause twice the damage that they usually would, and when they run out Starmie can come back to lay them down again due to it's bulkiness. I could replace Rapid Spin with Surf, since Aerodactyl might be able to stop enemy rocks with taunt, but I think I'll stick with spinning.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Riot Shields(OU RMT)
    Infernape @Life Orb
    Blaze
    *Hasty*
    64 atk./ 252 sp. atk./ 198 spd.
    Hidden Power(Ice)
    Close Combat
    Fire Blast
    Grass Knot
Purpose: This thing is...awesoooooome. Seriously, my old team had so much trouble with it that my only option was to paralyze it. Anything that it doesen't kill is going to take some major damage regardless. I can't wait to use it and start raping everything in sight.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Riot Shields(OU RMT)
    Scizor @Life Orb
    Technician
    Adamant
    252 HP/252 atk./ 4 spd.
    Swords Dance
    X-Scissor
    Brick Break
    Bullet Punch
Purpose: Scizor! Yay! My last team had a choice band one, but this, this is the real thing. A 2.3 boosted 90 power priority move= drooling. I hope to feign that it's the CB revenge killing set to scare people into switching, and then swords dance up.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Riot Shields(OU RMT)
    Gyarados @Leftovers
    Intimidate
    *Adamant*
    156 HP/108 atk./100 de./144 spd.
    Dragon Dance
    Waterfall
    Stone Edge
    Taunt
Purpose: Dragon Dancing is deadly, one of them equals major damage, and two equals an unhindered sweep. I chose 'Dos over 'Mence for a number of reasons. 1: He's a great Scizor counter, due to resisting every move it has and having inimidate. 2: It's bulkier than Salamence, which works well with dual screens.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Riot Shields(OU RMT)
    Rotom-F @Leftovers
    *Timid*
    48 HP/252 sp. atk./204 spd.
    Subsitute
    Shadow Ball
    Thunderbolt
    Will 'o Wisp
Purpose: I had several suggested options to replace Electivire, and this is the one I chose. With the screens up I just might be able to produce unbreakable subs, and then the real carnage begins. Will o' Wisp stops physical sweepers, T-Bolt stops Gyara, Shadow ball is Shadow Ball, and subsitute is there for obvious reasons. It might or might no twork, but for now the only thing that I can do is test it out.

    Problems:

Salamence: Even with all of the Ice moves that I have, he's still a major threat. Anyone with half a brain would make sure that Weavile's gone before they send him out, which means that I'll have to hold my cards close.

MixApe: Is also a problem, If it isn't killed by Weavile or my own MixApe then everyone in my team's going to take some real damage.

Lack of Support: No Thunderwave or Will o' Wisp makes darthteej exposed to sweepers.

Asking too much?: This team requires some prediction that might be too advanced for a little n00blet like me, one of the other reasons that I want some more support. Those status conditons that I lack could also cause some problems, which means that I might consider something with Heal Bell or Armoatherpy.

NOTICE: Keep in mind that I'm also having this team rated at Smogon, so any changes not suggested here will probably be from there.

    Helloooooooooo, Smogon!
NOTICE: Keep in mind that I'm also having this team rated at Pokecommunity, so any changes not suggested here will probably be from there.

You might want to edit that =p

Anyway, the Scizor set probably isn't going to work. SD + U-Turn could work, but with Pursuit, you're basically asking to get walled. It needs its STAB Bug attack for Waters and Metagross/Bronzong. I would honestly just stick with the standard SDer (which has gone from overhyped to quite underrated), though U-Turn is fine if you really want it I guess.

You seem to be using Aerodactyl as if you feel you have to or you're at a disadvantage. Aerodactyl is actually pretty outclassed by other suicide leads and a lot of bulky leads as well. Not having to sacrifice a Pokemon to get SR up is great, and it's not like being Taunted means you're never going to get SR up. After all, a bulky lead should be able to come in on a lot of stuff and set it up. I guess it's fine if you want to use it, but there are plenty of alternatives that equal or even surpass Aerodactyl in getting SR up as well as being useful in general.

Use Surf on Starmie with a Timid nature (Jolly lowers Special Attack). Rapid Spin helps with your Gyarados, but it's also giving Rotom-A (a Pokemon you have all kinds of trouble with) a free switch-in. It also gives you something to take on Infernape, which is a nice little bonus.

Next, Electivire, as you have mentioned, severely needs replaced. Electivire's physical attacker set is horrible and is walled by everything, as everybody is sure to point out. If you want something to absorb Electric attacks, you could use Jolteon with Choice Specs or Life Orb, which gives you a little more Gyarados and Infernape coverage. You really do a have a Gyarados and Heatran weakness though, and since they are the both in the Top 5 in usage, so Jolteon isn't recommended unless you think you can win early. You also have a Salamence weak, so Porygon2 could be useful here. You could just try to revenge kill them with a Choice Scarfer. Since SDLuke can ALSO be a problem, you could try:

    Heatran @ Choice Scarf
    Trait: Flash Fire
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Fire Blast
    - Earth Power
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Hidden Power [Electric]

Also, swapping out Aerodactyl for a bulky lead could give you more insurance against some of this stuff. Your lack of defenses is a bit troubling though.
