Is this 3rd or 4th gen? Cause if it's 4th, Ice Punch is a physical move and it fails on Alakazam. It's too fragile to CM+Recover, use Specs and Trick. If not, just make things easier and replace it with Azelf.

Weezing (no h) needs 252HP / 252Def / 4Spd as the EVs. Flamethrower>Sludge Bomb, it 2HKOs Heracross and it has more type coverage than Sludge Bomb.

20HP / 252Def / 12Spd / 224SpDef is the best Blissey EV spread. Ice Beam>Sing. Hits Gengar and other dragons.

Well, Alakazam IS a great sp.sweeper, not like all he has is tricking.

I ALWAYS use Ancient Power with my Aerodactyl. I'd remove rock Slide and teach him that.

Also, using a Lapras/Gyarados instead of Vaporeon would be a better option. Try looking for an alternative to Blissey, I don't like that PKMN, but hey, that's your team! :)
