Run Crunch or Payback (Scrafty is slow) over Rock Slide. Leftovers over Zoom Lens as this is supposed to be bulky.

Air Slash or Psychic over Air Cutter.

If you're trying to trap an opponent just use Fire Spin as it hits anything that doesn't have Flash Fire. You should have Flamethrower over Wrap. When you predict a switch just Fire Spin (lets say the switch is Milotic). The switch is trapped and then you can switch into a counter.

You got your STAB all wrong.

And BTW you wasted 4 EVs on each Pokemon. You are only supposed to put 252 EVs into Each stat.
