Yanmega doesn't want Focus Sash because of SR, weather, Fake Out, you get the point. Wise Glasses is preferable because it wants a boost to KO things faster.

Moonlight is useless. Dies to SS and has horrible PP anyways. SAtk EVs are totally useless on her, and they were even with Garchomp due to Yache Berry.

As for psychic vs. Charge Beam, you're really weak to both Gyarados and Infernape so pick your poison.
