Deoxys is banned in OU and Sheddy is useless in OU. Replace.

Well, his nature is terrible, he wants Adamant or Jolly. EQ is good, use Outrage > Draco Meteor, U-turn > Fly and replace Fissure with Stone Edge as Fissure is an OHKO move and thus is banned in competitive play.

Timid is a horrible nature on Metagross. Use a set of Agility/Meteor Mash/Earthquake/Thunderpunch with an Adamant nature.

Relicanth is bad. Period. Replace it.

Use Leftovers, Relaxed nature and a moveset of Stealth Rock/Earthquake/Ice Beam/Surf or Roar. This moveset is terrible.

Also EV your pokemon so they can be better. There are many EV training guides. Read one.

Most are lv. One hundred, so no ev training available, I also have toxicroak, and your changes, I said flygon can't be changed that much

If you can't EV train you should get a new Pokemon and raise it up. I realize you don't want to change Flygon but the move Fissure is banned in competitive play so that has to be changed at they very least.
