    Samurai/Weavile
    Jolly 4 HP/ 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Night Slash/Pursuit
    Brick Break
    Ice Shard
    Aerial Ace
This is really all I feel the need to comment on. The rest of it looks pretty good. Keep Ice Punch if you want, but Ice Shard is for outspeeding the deadly dragons. Jolly in an attempt to outspeed non-Scarfed Weaviles. (Unless you Scarf this one, too). Pursuit is an option for switch-out Psychics. (I highly recommend).

Yeah Weavile was just because I'm really lazy, besides it had 31 Spe IV's and I didn't feel like breeding for a Jolly. XP

Weavile needs jolly like blissey needs 252Def. You have a great parent here with which to breed from, so you can makesure the 31 gets passed down. Stanndard CB weavile runs as following

    Weavile@Choice Band
    Jolly
    252Att/216Spd/40HP
    Pursuit
    Ice Punch/Ice Shard
    Brick Break
    Night Slash/Ariel Ace

Night slash is for STAB and massive CritHit chance, ariel ace is for infenape and hera.

On Bronzong, Attack EVs are and always will be pointless, put them into Defence. Smogon has still not realised Attack EVs should only be on CBZong who no one uses anyway as Metagross does everything better thats not called have an EQ immune.

Salamence doesn't have Garchomp's defences, Sandstorm immune or SR resistance to use Yache Berry. Life Orb or some other offensive item.

Too many EVs on Azelf. Lose the HP.

Wishless Vaporeon? 124 HP/252 Def/132 SpDef while you are it it.

Break Metagross's EVs down to zero and redo. Plus Agiligross is fail.

The 40 HP EVs do nothing on Weavile, it doesn't survive an Azelf's Flamethrower contrary to popular belief and you might as well run max speed for all it is worth. Pursuit over Aerial Ace. Jolly nsture.

Needs a Rapid Spinner. Mixmence weak.
