    How about trying Thunder or Thunderbolt on Lapras? I dunno, I find that having Ice Beam + Blizzard and Surf + Hydro Pump to be preeeetty redundant, since it's usually power > accuracy in some cases. Same goes for Discharge + Thunder on Amphy, which you can use Focus Blast isntead, buuut if it works for you! You can also try Psychic > Extrasensory on Lugia because it hits harder.

    Well, those are some suggestions; other than that, your team looks quite good!
     
    i already used my psychic tm on umbreon for coverage. can you buy it from a store or something? ill consider your thoughts on the others
