If anyone can think of it, I want to replace Rayquaza with a non-uber Physical Sweeper.

Alakazam- standard... except the item. Change the item to lum berry. You have no defense to withstand a hit, and activate petaya berry like that... why fire punch in RD... change it to recover or calm mind or thunderwave (or if you want to be sneaky, trick band)

Kingdra- familar but not exact. Dump ALL SPEED EV for some other speed EV. When you rain dance, Kingdra's speed will be faster than a timid Jolteon even if there isn't any Speed EV. (399 < 404) Change item to lum berry because losing your speed is a RD Kingdra nightmare.

Metagross- definitely psychic... looking at the stats, is sp.attack ever unusually high? Mine is just at 203 (lowest possible) o.o; Either way I guess EV is dumped into it which isn't bad (ensures that Breloom is dead this way). However, I'll personally recommand you to either make Metagross a much higher def/lower sp.def, or a higher sp.def and lower def... dont' try to be superior in both. Choose one of them- either high normal def, or high special def (and rely on your teammates to handle to other type) Change it to leftovers/quick claw/lum berry, as the chances of you activating liechi isn't high either

Water spout and mystic water and rain dance and super stats = super ubar (special case where mystic water is actually used)

Mewtwo: change flamethrower to brick break... or something to be less Blissey vulnerable... blah I personally don't like something that sweeps with all 4 move like this except Shedinja and Deoxys FR
