Hello, I'm new to PokéCommunity and I got this account just to ask this question.
So my fangame that I want to make uses 5th Gen tiles. So I found a tileset but when I made it transparent, it didn't work.

I have no idea on what to do! I have really high hopes for this game with Fakémon and stuff but I need to solve this to continue! Please help!

Try opening the file in an image editor that supports transparency (ie, not Paint) highlighting all the blue and deleting it so the entire image is on a transparent background. You can then use that instead of marking the "transparent color" using the game editor itself.
