[RMXP] Relics of Nature's Fury

Title: Relics of Nature's Fury
Story Synopsis: 1,000 years ago, a great battle was fought between nine great heroes and Flynn, the embodiment of darkness. After a long battle, Flynn was defeated... or was he? In the present day world of Thraetenalp, a young man wanders the continent of Noramer. When he fights some bandits near the town of Growlston, he reports it to the mayor. This kicks off a massive journey in which the young man will find out his relation to the nine great heroes, and how Flynn was merely slumbering for the past millennium. New friends and new powers wait in Relics of Nature's Fury.

Demo: Demo 2
Yes, I'm going backwards on demo count, it appears. Oh well.

Crap. Can someone move this thread to the proper forum. I forgot to check which one I was posting in. D'oh.

The only problem I see here is that there is too much space. You've no aesthetics to your maps. There are way too many blank spaces where you should place pots or flowers.

The villages look like a ghost town. No one is outside, and like I said before, no flowers or anything that signifies that life exists in that area.

The houses bear little to no furniture. Sure you have a few chairs, but ask yourself this. Would you want to live in that house? And if so, what would you put in it that you, yourself, would actually live in.

Other than that, I see nothing wrong. Just develop your map making skills. Take a look at other JRPG's and see what to add to make a village look lively. For a quick glance, I would recommend taking a look at Golden Sun, or Tales of Phantasia (any Tales game really). I hope this helps.
