RNG=Random Number Generator
I have a question that I don't know who will have the answer for. But first let me explain exactly what RNG is (for some of you golden sun fans, you might know). RNG means that you do exactly something (say move to a certain area with certain items and "skills" and save and restart) to see something (a monster or something in that range) automatically. An example (a completly random example): Go to route 115 with a Swellow knowing wing attack. Save and Restart. The first battle you should see in grass will be jigglypuff (just an example!!!). Now I want to know if RNG is availible in Ruby/Sapphire. Someone who knows their stuff, plz answer.
