I'm really not that satisfied with the previous rock event because I feel that the spawn rates are just ridiculously unstable. I say this because from what I experienced, rock pokemon like larvitar are spawning like crazy in the first few hours of the event and then after that, it went cold. I don't know if you guys experience the same way but that's what I have experience during the event.

I just hope that the next event will be more stable.

Its a bug, i made a thread about it.

Right at the start of the event, all event-pokemon have the same rarity, so you get a ton of larvitar and aerodactyl and golem and stuff. Only for 30 minutes to an hour, then they despawn, then you get the regular event spawn rates.

I heared that its the same bug in every event, just with different pokemon. At the start of the water event, i hear it was dratini. The initial wave of spawns is messed up, then it turns to normal, and you have 30 minutes to one hour to scoop up what you can.

I am happy with the event, got a ton of candy, larvitar spawn rates remained a bit increased for the entire event.

didn't see a single larvitar so be happy lmao

I wish Larvitar would have spawned in the first 30 minutes here but unfortunately none spawned the entire length of the event.

Oh well, I did get enough candies to evolve Machoke and Kabuto. And also got 50 Onix candies. Also got Magcargo and Shuckle and the gold rock medal.

I doubt I'll ever get Pupitar or Tyranitar. Right now I'm more interested in completing Gen 1 which is just Porygon and Hitmonchan

Problem after any event the game becomes boring to play until the next event. There are far too many common pokemon spawn and very little or virtually none interesting pokemon spawning. This has increased even more since the update of 2nd gen, and now hardly any of the 1st gen spawn which is making if difficult to fill the pokedex and to power up the good ones you had originally.

All I see after an event is common 2nd gen spawn and walk away from hence boring, there needs to be a more even field of spawning to keep the game interesting to play. There was an update to have less of the pidgies etc spawn they really need to do the same for the 2nd gen, I hardly see even an eevee now or oddish.

The same has occured after this event again, so Pokemon Go is in moth balls until the next event. So come on Ninatic make it more enjoyable and interesting to play in between events

    This.

When there's an event on it gives me a reason to go out looking, but like the previous events, as soon as it ends we go back to the usual tedious Pidgeys, Rattatas, Weedles, Natus, Sentrets, Ledybas, Eevees etc etc...

Hopefully the next event comes round as quickly as the Rock one did so soon after the Grass one.

Inbetween the events you can visit good nests, get dust and do arenas.

I have a ton of Rhydon-candy now, not enough dust to push them, with more dust i could make some really nice Rhydons, and i have a huge Magikarp-nest in my city, you can never have enough Gyarados. There also are some other interesting nests.

The plant event also left me with a ton of eggsecute-candy, so after i am done with the rhydon candy, my dust will go there.

So i could easily spend around 2 million dust right now, only for good investments to make decent gym defenders. That is caused by recent events, i used to not have the candy to do useful stuff with so much dust.

Dust farming is a priority now. All pokemon give the same dust.
