hey guys i was just wondering if anyone has ever tried to put a hacked rom that was pulled from the original cartridge back in and play it on the actual system? i know it sounds weird but i think it would be quite fun to try doing this.

Gameboy Advance ROMs are stored on chips that can't be modified after they're burned at the factory (hence the name Read-Only Memory) so this isn't possible apart from using GBA flashcarts to run your game. Historically, some hacks have been put into new bootleg carts and sold by pirates but that's not really a feasible expense for most people.
