Concept: rom hack with cheat mode

    we are making a fire red rom and adding a new mode called cheat mode
    its features will be
    - a ball named pirate ball to catch trainers pokemon
    - debugger as an item
    - a secret room in poke mart for free master balls and rare candies
    suggestions for this mode are open also we will be having buying and selling pokemons
