Well, I have all these programs for editing ROM's, but I don't even know how to get the stuff to your game. I'm specifically talking about Project Pokemon's ROM editor (PPRE). How do you actually use a program like that to edit an ROM? PLEASE HELP ME!
PS I'm doing this for my cousin- I don't believe in cheating.
