Umm... it's a gradient with default brushes that underwent a couple filters.. o_O Umm, I have a tip for you.. don't use borders on your text, it really kills the banner. Oh, and if you cut the stock yourself, good job... ^^

I would have the font smaller, and more to the right as to not have it so jumbled up in the center bottom...
