    Ok, Serebii has a sort of detailed way to get him, but he fails to mention if you have to beat the E4 first. Do you? I'm in the Old Chateu, I touched the TV, its 11:37 PM on the clock, I didn't use a repel, and still NOTHING! Can anyone help?
     
    Ok, thanks. I was wondering why it wasn't working, but getting the National Dex does make sense.
