Im running parallels (a virtual pc) on a mac to use rpg maker.
Ive set it up, windows 11. My mac is an arm mac sillicon (the new M1) and I installed my project from github and everything.
I downloaded steam on the virtual pc, rpgmaker xp and my project from github, however whenever i try to launch rpgmaker xp from steam it doesnt work and just stops running 1-2 seconds after i launch. Ive tried tons of things such as troubleshooting it, updating the vm, restarting, running it as admin, running it under different windows settings and nothing works. Even when i try to use the EXE file it gives me this error.
"This application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application."
Any help i would be super grateful for as i only have 14 days on the vm.
