I wanted to make a game my self but I've never made a game so I am at the point were I am wondering which should I learn to script
What's better for a beginner? Game maker or RPGM XP?
I was going to use just RPG maker but then I found a really good Digimon v-pet made with game maker. It even had a simple battle option with two player support and I was thinking if it could do that who knows what kinda things it can do. I know game maker will take more scripting but I was wondering if I should start with RPGM and work my way up.
