    Is ther a link for INSERTING BATTLE BACKGROUND in Pokemon ruby here..

    This tutorial here explains how to edit battle backgrounds, but it's for Fire Red. The backgrounds for Ruby are at the offset 1F95AC, so if you follow that tutorial with the offset for Ruby instead you should manage to do it fine.
