3rd Gen Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald Mixing Records in 2024?

Does anyone know the best method for getting other player's secret base data onto your OEM cartridge on original hardware in 2024? Like is there a save file of Emerald or something I can put on a flash cart that has a few dozen records mixed onto it so I can go around my copy of Ruby and Sapphire battling IRL Trainer teams all day? Is there a Secret Base repository we can connect to for this? Thanks in advance? I recall that mixing records also let you transfer cool goodies like the Eon Ticket back in the day :)

If you can dump your save data, an option could be to copy it to your PC; then make another copy of the save and create a secret base on one of them through an emulator. Then mix records and put the save where you received the base back on your cart; and you should have a secret base in your game world where you can battle a team.
