Hey boo, we already have a sticky for questions on games in the 3rd generation as a whole. It's been active for years and it's located at the top of this section along with the other stickies. If anyone ever needs help or has questions about RSE or FRLG, they should use that thread. Feel free to help people out when they post in there, though. :)
As for actual discussions, there are some threads with specific discussion topics in this section that you can post in. If you have a topic you want to talk about related to RSE, you're free to post a thread for it, just as long as there isn't one on the same topic that already exists.
