Ruby Sapphire Rom Patches?

I've been looking across the internet for patches for base Ruby and Sapphire. Similar to the ones found here - https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/some-patch-for-emerald.501571/. Patches such as Gen 5 Repel mechanics, running indoors, no dead battery message, and one or two others.

I've found some on a Github that were compiled around PokeRuby, but otherwise I can't find too many more. I know Emerald is the far more popular choice for hackers, but I wanted to take a shot and ask around if there were any resources I may have missed, or provided resources to create the content I'm looking for.

not many people hack ruby or sapphire anymore since many patches only work for fire red or emerald however there is a ruby modexe that acts like a patch implements new things into the game I believe it's on this site somewhere that might be able to help you
