So I recently returned to Pokemon, and this is my PLANNED in-game team. So far:

    Blaziken
    Endure
    Reversal
    Earthquake
    Overheat

    Gardevoir
    Calm Mind
    Psychic
    Thunderbolt
    Will-O-Wisp

    Gyarados
    Taunt
    HP Flying
    Earthquake
    Dragon Dance

    Weezing
    Sludge Bomb
    Haze
    Will-O-Wisp
    Protect

    Crobat
    Sludge Bomb
    Aerial Ace
    Shadow Ball
    HP Ground

Last member- I guess it's between Vileplume, Lanturn, Swellow, Breloom, and Pinsir but I'm still not sure.

I'm new to this, so please point out any weaknesses I'm missing here, any other types I should include, etc. Thanks!

You have 2 poision and 1 fighting type. That means half your team's gonna be weak to psychic.

Use Flamethrower over Overheat on Blaziken. Flamethrower is more reliable. It's more accurate and doesn't lower your special attack.

I'd do Hypnosis or Wish on Gardevior instead of Will-o-Wisp. Use Hypnosis, put the opposition asleep, then Calm Mind until it wakes up. Or use Wish, CM for two turns with Wish healing the damage you took while setting up. Hypnosis doesn't have great accuracy, so Wish might be more effective.

Gyarados may be a beast in Diamond and Pearl, but it's terrible in the RSE games. It doesn't really have decent attacks to use except for Earthquake. I suggest replacing it. There are better water pokemon.

I also suggest replacing either Weezing or Crobat, to cut down on your psychic weakness.

As far as other pokemon, Magnectric is decent in addition to the others you listed. You need an electric type.

Oh okay...I didn't realize that. Thanks. So I edited a little, and right now I have:

    Blaziken
    Endure
    Reversal
    Earthquake
    Flamethrower

    Swords Dance
    Sky Uppercut
    Rock Slide
    Flamethrower

Which set is better for an adamant nature?

    Gardevoir
    Calm Mind
    Psychic
    Thunderbolt
    Wish

    Gyarados
    Thunder
    HP Flying
    Hydropump
    Ice Beam

Changed the set for Gyarados, dunno if it's better? Or should I still switch it for something else?

    Weezing
    Sludge Bomb
    Haze
    Will-O-Wisp
    Protect

^^^Probably switching out. Any recommendations? I think I have a few sweepers, so maybe a tank or something? Unless that doesn't really matter.

    Crobat
    Sludge Bomb
    Aerial Ace
    Shadow Ball
    HP Ground

    Manectric
    Thunderbolt
    Thunderwave
    Crunch
    HP Ice

Yeah, just changed some sets and added Manectric. More suggestions please?
Still in need of one more Pokemon. I kinda wanna stick a Swellow in there since I'm rather fond of my Taillow right now...but is that a good idea? If I do that, would I need to take somebody else out? >.<
    Or maybe a Walrein? Dunno.

The 2nd set would work better for Blaziken, although replace Rock Slide with Earthquake. It's an awesome power move and too good to not include. Gardevior's set looks good enough, as does Manectric's.

The first Gyarados set was better, but I'd toss Gyarados altogether. If you can trade from a Sapphire or Emerald game, try getting a Swampert. Ground + Water is difficult to beat, and it has access to Earthquake as well. It's a better Water type than Gyarados in RSE. Another option for Water types is Wailord.

If you want to use Swellow, then replace Crobat with it. You don't really want to double up on types too much.

DD/EQ/Hp Fly Gyarados wrecks just about everything. Using special attacks makes it a worse Starmie though. While I would suggest just using the Gyarados in the OP, you can't RNG breed in Ruby (as far as I know...) so it's going to be difficult to get HP flying 70. If I'm wrong though and you're patient, have at it. It's not really worth the time unless you EV train it though and then it starts sounding like overkill.

Manectric is good since you get Electrike early, but if you'd like a more reliable special attacker, mighty Regice is the best choice with its potent Ice Beam. Thunderbolt sounds out its coverage nicely, and Rest & Toxic take advantage of it's amaxzing Speical Defense. However, you do have to go out of your way to get it (and get a good one), so I don't know if it's worth it.

All and all though, this team will work.
