3rd Gen Ruin valley help

    Im having a problem getting the guy that stands infront of the metal door in ruin valley to move.i need him to move so i can get the other password to enter the rocket warehouse.if anyone can tell me exactly what i have to do to get him to move i'd greatly appricate it.and if your a D/P player i could give you a jolly shiny charmander as compensation for the help
     
    Ruin Valley is pretty short, and is easy to get through. Eventually, you want to get to the place shown on your left. Use Cut to open the door, and you'll get into the cave, called the Dotted Hole. The first step is to jump into the hole. Afterwards, take the north hole, west hole, east hole, and south hole to reach what you've been searching for: the Sapphire gem. After getting it, a Team Rocket scientist comes, takes your gem, and tells you the second password: "Yes, nah, Chansey". Now that you know the other password, head to Five Island.

    I know all that but i cant use cut on the door because the guy is still standing infront of it:\
     
    Hmm. Have you stopped by Four Island and dropped in on the Rockets in the cave over there? Because if I recall correctly (although it's been awhile since I've played through this part), the man moves only after you've done that.

    If you mean altering cave on outkast island then yeah i have visted them.and still the guy has'ant moved a inch:\
     
    Actually, no. I mean the only cave on Four Island, Icefall Cave. (Altering Cave is on Six Island and really has nothing to do with the process.) To complete Celio's side quest, you have to do a lot of island hopping, which entails dropping by Four Island and working with Lorelei to get rid of the Rockets there, even though you're trying to open a chamber two islands away.
