OK, try training them some more. :3
Train around...the routes next to Sunnyshore.
You know, the one on the way to Sunnyshore, and the route above Sunnyshore. (Sorry, forgot the name of the routes).

All of their Pokémon are in the 40's, so you will get some decent EXP. Train them all to at least Lv. 55.

Also make sure you keep a lot of revives and full restores/max potions, you're gonna need them.

Gallade and Infernape should take out Aaron with little trouble, but be wary of Heracross and his rock moves. Drapion is the only none bug, so use fighting types for him.

I forget the other 3 because...well....Aaron took forever to get passed. :P

Also stock up on EVERY revive and Full Restore you can find.

Lucian is a bastard yes..

Bronzong pretty much nerfs any chance of Dark types being abused.

The one thing I hate about the E4 (well..every trainer in general) has a move that your type is weak against....ALL THE TIME! It's cheap.

But yeah, if you got elixers take em and dont hold back.

That's why you should try and conserve them for bigger opponents. Try and use items a Pokemon can hold that boost certain types of moves, like a Plate for example.

Bummer. =( That plates are nice usually though, I think they boost up to like 20% no? That should help a lot most of the time.

Other than that, you should try and up their levels to the high 60s/low 70s at least. It would probably help you a whole lot.
