- The end of Bye Bye Butterfree
- The end of Houndoom's Special Delivery when Togepi cries
- The scene in UnBEARable where Chikorita cries after getting blamed for taking food.
- Gotta Catch Ya Later when Ash and friends part ways.
- When Misty releases Togetic in A Togepi Mirage.
- When Sceptile gets heartbroken and loses his ability to use attacks in Odd Pokemon Out.
- When Dawn gives away Ambipom in To Thine Own Pokemon Be True.
- Memories are Made of Bliss.
- Dawn's goodbye in Goodbye Junior Cup - Hello Adventure.
- Serena crying in A Showcase Debut.
- The end of Beyond the Rainbow.
- The Tiny Caretaker when Bonnie finds out she can't keep the Tyrunt.

The only one I can think of right now is A Poached Ego! I literally cry every time I watch that episode.

I can't think of specific episodes, has there has been a few between Original and Sinnoh. The easiest way to tell them all would be this.

Any episode that had 'Tears After the Cloudy Weather' song in it was sad.
