Oh, try not to use Rain Dance with Arcanine's Overheat, it will completely cripple Arcanine in battle.

Hmmm, it's not really NECESSARY, but you don't really have anything to draw electricity for Electivire.

EDIT: One thing that might be cool is going with Thunder over T-bolt on Vire and use him in combo with Rain Dance.

I dont see why this has had so many rates if they're not EV trained, as the chances of winning are tiny. On top of that, you havent given us items, there is only one wall (Is wobbufet even allowed?) the natures are bad and there are pokes with two moves of the same type or that cripple each other. I cant see how this is supposed to win.

One other thing, Swift Swim makes Kingdra fast enough, so go with Modest if you special sweeping with him.

Shoddy tested Wobbaboob and they sent it down to OU. So I guess its allowed now.

I noticed the lack of walls on this team. Wobby doesn't count as a wall. <_<
