    in saphire how do you get a secret base

    Get a Pokemon that knows Secret Power. Then find a place where a Secret Base can be built (crevice in a wall, tree, etc.). Use Secret Power on the thing and whalla...a Secret Base.

    I think you can buy one from the Lilycove Department Store or one of the people selling stuff in the southwest corner of Slateport City.
     
    no, i think the only place u can get secret power is on yer way to fortee city u will se a guy next to a pine looking tree he gives u the move secret power

    He should've given it to you. After he gives it to you, he walks off and yu'll never see him again. From that point, you can start buying them from stores like the Lilycove Department Store and maybe the people in Slateport. Just fly over there and buy it.

    Ny the way, Jolteon, it's not the man on the way to Fortree. It's the man you pass by on the way to Fallabor Town.

    o and about the secret base thing were do i get chairs and desks?? its not in the lilly cove store ive been there and bought everything for secret base but were do i get chairs and desks
     
    Gah...here's a screenshot of where the man will be standing. It's on Route 111. The tile I'm facing will be where he's standing.

    You can buy a few from the Fortree Furniture Store. No..that's not the PokeMart. Just search the houses until you find one that looks like a shop with 2 people behind a counter.
