Sapphire version

Ive had this game for year but not once have i played it.

So im going to start playing it later today. Just have a few questions though

What generation pokemon are in it? A mix or gens 1 2 and 3?
Also whaf games would i all need to catch all the pokemin to finish the actual pokedex in sapphire?

Sorry for stupid questions but i havnt played pokemon in like 8 years

Some pokemon from all generations are in it. But you'll need a lot of games to finish the pokedex. Mainly the Johto(Gen2) pokemon will be harder to acquire.

Most Pokemon in Sapphire are from generation III, but there are a few (not too many though) generations I and II Pokemon in there, such as Oddish, Pikachu, Girafarig, etc. And if you wanna complete the Pokedex in Sapphire, you'd have to have Ruby to trade with. :) That's only for the Hoenn dex, though. If you wanna complete the National, you'd need Emerald, FireRed, LeafGreen, and Pokemon Colosseum. Next time you have questions, please use the simple Q&A thread in the advanced generation section.
