3rd Gen Save Editor?

Hey guys, it has been a while since I've looked at anything for some of the older generations but I've had trouble trying to find an emulator for HG/SS so I figure I'd try Fire Red since a friend can recommend it. Anyways, I'm a bit OCD and I hate dealing with IVs (I'd play the game at all max or min if I could), and I was wondering if Pokesav is still the "best" editor for Generation 3?

I'm looking for an editor to do just a handful of things:

1) Adjust IVs/EVs

2) Create eggs at the beginning of the game as legitimately (so that it'll register in the Pokedex) as possible...basically the Dratini line is my favorite and I'd like to raise one from the get go

3) Trigger a trade evolution (like say Graveler into Golem)

If you're looking for any sort of save/file editor, your best bet would be to check over in the Tools, Tutorials & Resources section of our ROM Hacking boards. And if you can't find what you're looking for over there, the people over in the Quick Questions & Answers thread should be able to point you in the right direction.

I'm going to close this thread since the Third Generation board doesn't deal with any topics like hacking and save editing, but best of luck on starting a game you're happy with!
