[Script✓] Script appearing without NPC

I was wondering if there is a way on how to have a normal text box appearing without a NPC. Imagine it kinda like getting a random phone call out of the blue. Do I need also checkflag for it? And what about var?

you can use green s tiles for certain positions on the map getting it or you can do some pretty interesting asm stuff
