kk, i'm EST -5 this is how wifi works, in the bottom of every pokemon center, there is a place where you can connect to wifi. when people say fc they mean friend code, friend code is a unique set of numbers given to every player, you can find your friend code and register other peoples in the key item called the pal pad. before you do a wifi trade with anyone, you'll need to give them your friend code and you'll need their friend code, thats how wifi works.
