Season 8 Advanced Battle/ Season 9 Battle Frontier Opinions?

So lately i've been trying to catch back up on the Season 8 & 9 which i missed during that time it originally aired, but i won't watch the full seasons because i don't have the time too.

So i was wondering what you guys thought of season 8 & 9? Any must watch episodes from those seasons?
If you would let me know your thoughts on which episodes are really worth catching back up on and watching from those two seasons, i would appreciate it.

Would be much easier if there were recommendations of which episodes were really good, such as having episodes having pokemon battles ect...

I haven't seen those seasons, but usually I go on bulbapedia and look at the major events for the episode;

then i watch ones which interest me.
I usually watch the ones where someone catches a Pokemon or one evolves.
Or when they learn a new attack which interest me.
