[Script] Secondary Custom Text Boxes?

    Does anyone know how I could script a secondary text box like in the picture below? I know Pokémon Unbound makes use of this but I'm not sure how to implement it myself.

    I'm using CFRU if that helps. I've checked the documentation but I can't see anything specifically related to it.
