Tips are definitely accepted. Anywho, my team is as follows:

    Shuckle
    -Toxic
    -Wrap
    -Double Team
    -Rest

    Umbreon
    -Confuse Ray
    -Screech
    -Double Team
    -Moonlight

    Venusaur
    -Toxic
    -Leech Seed
    -Double Team
    -Synthesis

    Blissey (Natural Cure)
    -Light Screen
    -Counter
    -Toxic
    -Softboiled

    Dusclops
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Confuse Ray
    -Double Team
    -Rest

    Wobbuffet
    -Counter
    -Mirror Coat
    -Safeguard/Encore
    -Destiny Bond/Encore

Okay, so it's not my current team, but I'm working on it. Dusclops has Will-o-Wisp in case I come across a poison/steel type, and I can't decide which move to replace for Encore for Wobbuffet (I definitely want it somewhere). Neither of those moves are really beneficial considering Wobbuffet's slowness. Given that everyone holds some Leftovers, can anyone give me tips on improving? Also, a rating would be nice.

Go with Encore over Destiny Bond on wobbufett. Wobbufett's too slow to use Destiny Bond effectively.

I'll just correct your team as I think it should be.

Tips are definitely accepted. Anywho, my team is as follows:

    Shuckle
    -Toxic
    -Wrap
    -Defense Curl
    -Protect
Why would you need Rest? It has so little HP, it's not worth to put asleep for that. Defense Curl is highly relevant in this Pokémon. Try using toxic, then protect, then wrap, then protect, then defense curl, then protect and so on to let it have a better effect.

    Umbreon
    -Confuse Ray
    -Screech
    -Toxic
    -Moonlight
Toxic with confuse ray is better. Double team is not needed when having a lot of defense. I'd use rest rather than Moonlight because of its PPs, but that's your decision.

    Venusaur
    -Toxic
    -Leech Seed
    -Double Team
    -Synthesis
If you have a defensive strategy, try using a Pokémon with high def and special def instead of wasting Venusaur's power.

Note that these three Pokémon are pretty much the same. A good sweeper can take your Venusaur easily. Umbreon is okay, but Shuckle can also be taken easily with its own strategy (toxic or confuse ray)

    Blissey (Natural Cure)
    -Light Screen
    -Counter
    -Toxic
    -Softboiled
Good moveset, looking at a Blissey with light screen would make me a Super Hyper Beam, but then I'm countered and die!

    Dusclops
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Confuse Ray
    -Double Team
    -Rest

    Again, same strategy

    Wobbuffet
    -Counter
    -Mirror Coat
    -Safeguard/Encore
    -Destiny Bond/Encore
    What can I say? It's a Wobbuffet.

Each of them is good (Shuckle and Venusaur not so much) but the thing is that all your team's the same. They rely in high defense stats and use moves like toxic and confuse ray. Also most of them depend of the foe attacking them.

I'm not saying your strategy is bad, but it's too repetitive. After battling two, I'd know what to expect when you do Toxic or Double Team. I'd get a Snorlax, use Curse, then Rest (curing your posion or whatever) and kill you with one attack. When I do taht, I'd do that with every single of the rest. Also, as you have no attacking Pokémon, I'd just sent anything with Defense 10 and wont have any problem.

I like your Blissey, very creative. You can stauy with one of the others but I'd consider getting some sweepers, too.

Hope this helps you in the future :)

    Shuckle @ Leftovers
    - Toxic
    - Seismic Toss
    - Rest
    - Protect

Smogon says Double Team could work on Shuckle... But as a lead Pokemon, Shuckle with Double Team fails... A few Night Shades or Seismic Tosses would knock the poor thing out before it could even set up fast enough. Toxic and Protect are what you should use here. There are many, many, many, many better choices for Toxistallers, so probably just ditch Shuckle for, say, Milotic or Ludicolo.

    Umbreon...

Let Sycnchronize deal with this... I'm an Umbreonoob.

    Venusaur @ Leftovers
    - Leech Seed
    - Body Slam
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Swords Dance

The Physical variant of the Venusaur will require Swords Dance either before or after a paralyzing Body Slam (preferably before). Sludge Bomb is great STAB.

    Blissey @ Leftovers
    - Softboiled
    - Ice Beam / Thunderbolt
    - Seismic Toss
    - Aromatherapy

Light Screen is overprotection on Blissey, and it makes it too open for Physical attacks, even if that is your intention with Counter in your set. Blissey is more effective as the standard Cleric.

    Dusclops @ Leftovers
    - Shadow Ball
    - Seismic Toss
    - Rest / Pain Split
    - Will-o-Wisp / Toxic

Dusclops is a great Multi wall. Seismic Toss is for the things that Shadow Ball is ineffective against, and vice versa. Pain Split is awesome at turning the tables, and makes your HP higher than your enemy's because theyll get hurt from the burn or poison, and you'll recover with Leftovers.

    Wobbuffet @ Leftovers
    - Counter
    - Mirror Coat
    - Encore
    - Safeguard

The set that made Wobbuffet an Uber.

You need lots of work with this team, as it lacks any actual sweepers. It's teeming with walls and you don't need that. Venusaur cannot do much either, and he's your only real attacking Pokemon. I really suggest using Swampert or Medicham here for some great type coverage. As to which Pokemon you should remove, that's your choice. Best of luck to you. :D

I hope you aren't planning on using this team to battle real people. It won't survive at all.

Gyarados and Tyranitar love this team. All they would need to do is Taunt and uh-oh, you can't do anything against them at all! Seriously, Taunt shuts you down 100% completely and will make you cry. And meanwhile, Gyarados/Tyranitar will be Dragon Dancing up while you can't do anything about it. A few DDs later, they'll wipe out your entire team without losing a single point of HP.

So in conclusion: DON'T use superdefensive stall teams, especially when you don't have a single offensive move.

Go to Smogon.com and read how to build a proper team.

I love that Wobbuffet set, thats insane. And Dusclops is good as well, but other than those 2 guys, i'd say keep Bliss, then you just need some attackers. As pointed out before, you have no real attack types.
I don't know much about team making, but you want some attackers here, you have defenses covered, Wobbuffet can counter, Bliss does her thing, Dusclops is nice, just pick out some attack kinds of pokes you like.
Heh, i didn't offer much help... sorry.

Let Sycnchronize deal with this... I'm an Umbreonoob.

Umbreon doesn't need to be on this team anyway, as annoyance sets suck, and Umbreon doesn't really have any other function on this team, unless you like playing around with Snatch + Baton Pass. But even then, what you may snatch from your opponent, most likely none of your team members will benefit from it.

This "Shiny Umbreon" person should not rate anymore teams, by the way.

    *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Why do you say that? Everyone can rate teams by own experiences.

And it shows that you aren't experienced enough, therefore, your rate falls short. It's not a terrible attempt, but it's better if you left the rates to more experienced players until you gain some more knowledge yourself (hint: Smogon.com)

    Blissey

Id'e say that Blissey's your major disadvantage here, true it has great special defence, but with no spikes in your team, your opponant is free to switch to a physical sweeper, pile on a few swords dances or other buffs and then anihilate your entire team.

Also, Umbreon seems a bit undecided, are you trying to defeat your'e opponant by toxic or confuse ray? if it's by toxic, then I would change screech to protect. This esentially doubles the effect of toxic

You could also put curse on umbreon and use his supreme defences to buy you enough time to max out your attack and defence, heal then attack

This is all very sad. No! Venasaur is not to just sit there waiting for its death! Give it SunnyBeaming or to attack with! And why do 3 of your Pokemon know Toxic? It's sounding a little overused to me...

Why do you say that? Everyone can rate teams by own experiences. I just pointed out his strategy is the same with each Pokémon so it won't be a good team.

In my case, an Umbreon with almost the same moveset have worked perfectly for me.

Umbreon will work with anything in-game (while it'll work better with others), however, we're talking competitive battle (I think, and even in-game, your rating falls short.)

This topic is almost a month old.

Also, lol @ Sunnybeaming. You're one of those people that shouldn't rate teams, NutriSweet.
