seedot or ralts

im doing a second city callenge on emerald an im not sure wether i should go for ralts or seedot

ralts takes more exp. but has better moves and doesn't need a stone to evolve
seedot has a move he can use straight away i want a grass type and don't really want a lotad but doesn't learn a decent move to lv13

please help

How many slots are left in your party? And,i`d say They both are usefull equally....But ralts can learn a variety of moves...And,the first one i had,had sychronize..... But,seedot`s family can learn teh sunny day and solarbeam trick,and that stone to evolve nuzleaf is findable.
