Seeking Shiny Ralts

I know this is a lil picky but i want a shiny MALE ralts(no nicknames, unless u can nickname it yourself but havent then ill have a request for a name but idc either way), caught in any ball but a masterball with a lowish level. And ofcourse it has to be legit. Im offering a shiny Dialga or Palkia for it. If you dont like them, im sure you could find something u like in my trade thread.

idk, ive just always had a problem with it, it makes me wonder if its hacked because most hackers use masterballs. Also other people think like that. someone has to have one thats not in a masterball XD
