Serena's Progress as a Performer

We are almost 80 episodes into XY and it seems like Serena has not made a lot of progress into her career as a performer. Realistically it makes sense considering how short of time it's been since she decided to become a performer, but in the scope of the entire show, she has been progressing much slower than May and Dawn did with coordinating.

Does anyone else feel this way too? How much do you think she will progress by the end of the series?

If part of the performing arc goes on after the league, I'm good with that.

I find Pokemon Performing extremely Boring So I don't really about it !
I rather prefer Serena being Prof Sycamore assistant who collecting data about Megevolution for Prof Sycamore and later revealing herself as a former Kalo queen.
