Hi i am trying to find latios for like 5 hours!!! Its real fustrating and I did all the stuff about beating elite 4 and telling mom the color blue. Does that repel still work if I haven't seen Latios yet? Lend me your help please!!!

-should i use repel or not
-most people say its common to find latios on route 117???
-should i spend more time on the low grass routes, high grass routes, or sea routes???
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

-so use repel only with lv39 or lower pokemon
-slateport to mauville route would work best
    anything else??

You just have to keep switching areas into grassy bits and hope you see it... there's nothing more you can do at the moment...

You have to have patience to find Latios. And yes, Repel will work before you first see Latios(Just remember, your Pokemon has to be Lv 39 or lower for Repel to work, because Latios is Lv 40). And when you find Latios, you will hear different music play. After you see Latios for the first time, you can hunt down Latios in your Pokedex. A good route to search is Route 110. Search in the grass, if Latios don't appear, go in the guard house for Cycling Road, and then come out(the way you came in) and search in the grass again(repeat this until you find Latios).

Well...it's location changes everytime you move into a new route. It can only move onto an adjacent route so after a while you'll be able to track it down with ease.

Sometimes when you enter a city or building and check your Dex, it'll show lati@s has moved to a whole different location that is not adjacent to it's previous location. That's normal (unless you used Fly). It's like that for some reason. Just move onto any route and it'll change back to an adjacent route.

    So sleepy...

    Well, here's my best advice:
Try going to the daycare, and looking ion the grass there. try using a few repels, and if nothing, go inside the daycare and come back out. It's area will have switched. Keep doing that until you find it, and then try using a masterball or whatever you have planned to capture it(use Wobaffet, it's shadow tag will prevent it from escaping.) If you fail, do the daycare thing until it appears again. :D
