Set healing place to new location (FireRed)

Hi, I'm making a FireRed rom hack and I'd like to change where the player gets teleported when they white out. I'd also like to change the character who heals the player (I don't want it to be the mom or the pokecenter lady).
Does anyone know if there's a script I can write to accomplish this?

about what u said first (where they teleport after white out, I don't know, But you can do one thing, modify the interior of pokecenter like what you have in mind...and the second one is also easy:
1. open advance map
2.open the pokecenter map and click events.
3.click the nurse event and then you will see a list called picture in the right pane and you can change the sprite by either clicking up or down.

OR

Open overworld editor rebirth edition and modify the nurse sprite

A bout what you said first watch the YouTube rom hacking series by 'Anthroyd' and in one video he does what you said first (i forgot which episode)...
