chinchou- holds yellow ones (very rare)
clamperl- holds blue ones (very rare)
also if you want to know:
solrock- holds sunstones (extremely rare)
lunatone- holds moonstones (extremely rare)

You can also find shards underwater. Find a small dark dive area, dive, and look for a darkspot in the sand.Press A facing the spot. I don't know if you already knew that or not, but I thought maybe you didn't.
