    I was wondering if there was a way to get an Shiny articuno in Saphire or Emerald, I have both , Or if there is just anyway to get an old Legendery pokemon at all. Remember I don't have a Game shark or anything like that.
     
    No, not in Saphire or Emerald. You might be able to get a shiny Articuno in FR/LG and trade it over to Saphire or Emerald, but otherwise there is no way to work anything out.
