    I Want to hack Firered to boost the shiny odds (not 100%, but about 1/4006), and ive tried other hacking stuff, but i can't use ips, 7z or rar files. Can someone link me to a shiny rate software hack tool?


    *NOTE* i'm not asking for a zip file opener, i'm asking for a .exe file to run.
