I have the Hope Diancie and it's not Shiny. I wouldn't trust it, but that's just me. As for how to fix it, that's work for someone else, because I don't know how.

What is the OT? If it's something like PCApp or anything that seems fishy, it's probably hacked.

You can always look up any and all events on Serebii and the only shiny Diancie was a Japan event.
