So, do you shiny hunt? If so, why?

Well, I used to shiny hunt but now, it seems to have lost its fun.
I used to shiny hunt because it seemed like I had nothing else to do in the game.:]

I tend not to, seeing as I don't have the patience to look for something so darn rare D:
I might try n chain occasionally on Pearl, but not really...

I just recently got obsessed with shiny hunting, but nothing to show for it yet. My dream shinies are Umbreon, Rapidash, Dragonite, and Ninetails. I used to chain nonstop for a Ponyta, but gave up after about a week when I realized I was no good at it. Now I'm hatching Eevees using the Junichi Masuda method - I'm on egg #176.

I used to shiny hunt after I finished the game, but it got too boring and time consuming.

I shiny hunt a lot during summer or when I have a long break. It's time consuming, but I find it quite addicting; but it loses its charm after a while, so I do it rarely, now.

But really, after I finish the game, it's really the only thing to do. I'm not much of a Battle Tower person. =/

i occasionaly shiny hunt but then get bored and stop. but i often come back to it again in a couple of weeks or so.

Stuff like that isn't my style. I prefer the original colors of Pokémons.

However, if I do encounter one, there's a high chance that I will try to capture it. ;D

Shiny hunting was fun sitting around and talking to my friends while we would all go shiny hunting together. Now that there is the Pokeradar, it is faster, but I think I still like the old method better. Even though I never found one, I have some good memories.
