    Is it possible to find a shiny panpoar because i saw a guy i was tradeing with and he had it.
     
    It is! Anything can be shiny except the cover legendaries and victini if I recall correctly but Panpour can definitely be a shiny and caught in the wild as one! Nevertheless this type of question belongs in quick questions for next time. :)
